Introducing: Go Beyond You, a supplement for WSCAOS and the games that spawn out of it, but it could be also be adapted for any other system as well.

Here you could customize the mod/implant of your dreams by rolling/picking/creating its origin and structure, as well as rolling/picking/creating qualities for it as well.

However, your mods are not invincible. They could be destroyed, but they could be repaired as well.

But the best part? Its rules could be adapted for armor, mecha, vehicles, spacecraft, and the like!
